1.Shipping Area (USA free shipping)

We Currently Only Ship To Locations Within The United States And It Is Free Shipping (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, And Islands).

We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS.

2.Delivery Time

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. 

Any delivery dates provided by MUKUTA are estimates.

3.Shipping Changes

- NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

-$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.

-$80 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address.

-If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we'll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.
